How to add value

Rabbit card for the general public and students can choose prepaid or prepaid and refill 30 days.

1. Add Stored Value

Add minimum value of 100 Baht, up to a maximum value which can be stored of 4,000 Baht.
In the case of passengers travelling on the BTS SkyTrain System between the original 25 stations, the fare collection system will deduct fare according to the published Fare Table.
In the case of passengers entering and exiting in the Sukumvit Line Extension between Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang na, Bearing, Samrong, Pu Chao, Chang Erawan, Royal Thai Naval Academy, Pak Nam, Srinagarindra, Phraek Sa, Sai Luat, Kheha, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Phahon Yothin 24, Ratchayothin, Sena Nikhom, Kasetsart University Stations, Royal Forest Department, Bang Bua, 11th Infantry Regiment, Wat Phra Sri Mahathat, Phahon Yothin 59, Sai Yud, Saphan Mai, Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital, Royal Thai Air Force Museum, Yaek Kor Por Aor and Khu Khot or Silom Line Extension between Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa Stations, the fare collection system will deduct a further flat fare of of 10 or 15 Baht per trip (depending on type of ticket or pass used).
Added value is valid for 2 years from date of last transaction. Within the validity period (7 years), if there is the value top up, the value in the card will be automatically extended.

2. How to top up Rabbit Card via My Rabbit Application

2.1 How to top up Rabbit Card

Select “Card” menu and select “top up”
Tap Rabbit Card at the back of the mobile phone until the process is completed.
Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
Please back to My Rabbit Application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.

2.2 How to top up money to a Rabbit Card bound to Rabbit Wallet in the My Rabbit Application.

Before top-up, passengers should register and bind their Rabbit Card to Rabbit Wallet

Press “Wallet” in My Rabbit Application
Select “ Top up”
Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
Please back to My Rabbit Application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.
The system will confirm successful payment and add money to the Rabbit Card automatically.

3. How to top up Rabbit Card via LINE Pay

3.1 Register steps for add Stored Value via LINE Pay Application

Go to LINE Application, select menu “Wallet”. Press the tab next to LINE Pay logo to enter main service page, then press “BTS” icon.
Select “Register your Rabbit Card”, then press “Agree to Terms and Conditions”.
Enter the 13-digit Rabbit Card number and select your payment method.
Enter your LINE Pay passcode, then press “Register”.

After the above steps, visit Ticket Office to activate your registration.
Remark: Please present your Rabbit card, ID card, and registered mobile phone to the BTS ticket office for activation.

3.2 How to top up a Rabbit Card bound with LINE Pay.

Go to LINE application, select menu “Wallet”. Press the tab next to LINE Pay logo to enter main service page, then tap “BTS” icon.
Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
Please back to LINE Pay Application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.
The system will confirm successful payment and add money to the rabbit card automatically.
