Remark:
* Adult Rabbit Card and Student Rabbit Card can choose to add stored value and/or add trips.
* Senior Rabbit Card can choose to add stored value only, cannot add trips to the card. Passenger will receive a discount on the fare according to the promotion of the card type. Conditions are as specified by the company.
Add Stored Value
- Add minimum value of 100 Baht, up to a maximum value which can be stored of 4,000 Baht.
- The fare collection system will deduct fare according to the published Fare Table.
- The value can be added any BTS ticket office, MRT Yellow Line ticket office, MRT Pink Line ticket office ,BRT ticket office, ticket vending machines at every station or any other Authorized Top-up service provider.
- •Added value is valid for 2 years from date of last transaction. Within the validity period (7 years), if there is the value top up, the value in the card will be automatically extended.
Top up through applications
1. How to top up Rabbit Card via My Rabbit Application
1.1 How to top up Rabbit Card
- Select “Card” menu and select “top up”
- Tap Rabbit Card at the back of the mobile phone until the process is completed.
- Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
- Please back to My Rabbit application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.
1.2 How to top up money to a Rabbit Card bound to Rabbit Wallet in the My Rabbit Application.
- Before top-up, passengers should register and bind their Rabbit Card to Rabbit Wallet
- Press “Wallet” in My Rabbit Application
- Select “ Top up”
- Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
- Please back to My Rabbit Application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.
- The system will confirm successful payment and add money to the Rabbit Card automatically
2. How to top up Rabbit Card via LINE Pay
2.1 Register steps for add Stored Value via LINE Pay Application
- Go to LINE application, select menu “Wallet”, click tab next to LINE Pay logo to enter main service page, then select menu “BTS” .
- Click “Register your Rabbit Card”, then click “Agree to Terms and Conditions”.
- Enter your Rabbit Card number 13-digits and select your payment method.
- Enter your LINE Pay passcode, then click “OK”. The registration is completed.
After the above steps, visit Ticket Office to activate your registration.
Remark: Please present your Rabbit card, ID card, and registered mobile phone to the BTS ticket office for activation.
2.2 How to top up a Rabbit Card bound with LINE Pay.
- Go to LINE application, select menu “Wallet”. Press the tab next to LINE Pay logo to enter main service page, then tap “BTS” icon.
- Select top up amount and payment method. The system will direct you to the payment method of the mobile banking application you choose.
- Please back to LINE Pay Application when the transaction has been completed from the mobile banking application.
- The system will confirm successful payment and add money to the rabbit card automatically.
