How to use a Single Journey Card to enter or exit through an Automatic Gate
1. One ticket per passenger.
2. Entry: Tap the ticket on the designated card reader at the automatic gate.
3. Exit: Tap the ticket on the designated card reader at the automatic gate.

In the following cases, please contact the ticket office
1. The automatic gate does not accept the ticket.
2. The ticket is damaged (not caused by the system).
3. The ticket is lost.
4. The passenger has stayed in the system for over 300 minutes (calculated from the data recorded on the ticket).
