Remark: *BTS Skytrain monthly passes are sold in the form of packages consisting of 35 trips, 25 trips, 15 trips are valid for 30 days and 10 trips are valid for 60 days. Promotional price packages effective from 1 November 2023 and will be extended until 31 March 2025. Trips from the package can be used to travel only on 26 eligible stations which are the Core Line of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line (totaling 24 stations), including Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai stations (excluding other Extension stations of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line, the MRT Yellow line, the BTS Gold line and the MRT Pink Line). / Privileges are different for each package. Terms and conditions of BTS travel coupons from the package
  • Members will be able to purchase the package in the Rabbit rewards, all of the package coupons will be sent to the Rabbit Rewards Account in electronic form (E-coupon) after purchasing a Package.
  • Only Member who ties the Rabbit Card and/or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay account, to the Rabbit Rewards Account (both Adult and Student types) to be used to exchange trips on the BTS Skytrain for traveling subject to the terms and conditions of use at BTS.
  • Trips topped up with the Coupon on the BTS Skytrain are eligible to be used to travel only on 26 eligible stations which are the Core Line of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line (totaling 24 stations), including Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai stations (excluding other Extension stations of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line, the MRT Yellow line, the BTS Gold line and the MRT Pink Line).
  • The Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain, Xtreme savings 35 Trips, 25 Trips, and 15 Trips packages are valid for 30 days (from the date of purchase of the Package). And Xtreme savings 10 Trips package is valid for 60 days (from the date of purchase of the Package). The Member must use the first travel trip within 45 days from the date of the top-up trips from the coupon to the Rabbit Card or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account (as the case may be). For packages valid for 30 days, the remaining trips will be valid for 30 days from the date of the first usage. For packages valid for 60 days, the remaining trips will be valid for 60 days from the date of the first usage. (trips not used by the Member within such a period will be automatically canceled).
  • In case the Member uses the travel trips topped up from the Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain to enter or exit the Sukhumvit Line Extension stations (i.e. Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang Na, Bearing, Samrong, Pu Chao, Chang Erawan, Royal Thai Naval Academy, Pak Nam, Srinagarindra, Phraek Sa, Sai Luat, Kheha, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Phahon Yothin 24, Ratchayothin, Sena Nikhom, Kasetsart University, Royal Forest Department, Bang Bua, 11th Infantry Regiment, Wat Pra Sri Manathat, Prahon Yothin 59, Sai Yud, Saphan Mai, Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital, Royal Thai Air Force Museum, Yaek Kor Por Aor stations), or Silom Line Extension stations (i.e. Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa stations), the Member will be deducted an additional fare of THB 10 (for Student type) or THB 15 (for Adult type) per trip.
  • In case the Member uses the travel trips topped up with the Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain to enter or exit the Golden Line (i.e. Krung Thon Buri, Charoen Nakhon (ICONSIAM), Khlong San and Prajadhipok stations), the Member will be deducted an additional fare of THB 16 per trip.
  • When using the Rabbit Card or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account with top-up trips from the coupon to pay the BTS Skytrain fares for traveling on the Core Line of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line (totaling 24 stations), including Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai stations (excluding other Extension stations of the Silom-Sukhumvit Line Extension stations), totaling 26 eligible stations, the system will deduct the BTS Skytrain fare from the trip in such Rabbit Card or Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account first until all trips in the Rabbit Card or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account are used up or expired (whichever is earlier), then the value in the Rabbit Card or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account (as the case may be) will be deducted. If the Member tops up free trips with the BTS Challenge Program coupon and tops up the trip with the Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain to the Rabbit Card or the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account , the system will deduct the BTS Skytrain fare from such Rabbit Card or Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account according to the top-up sequence into the system (First-In First-Out).
  • The Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, nor can it be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend or change the terms and/or conditions without prior notice, including refusing to provide services in case the Member does not comply with the said terms and/or conditions.

For the Member who tops up trips for the Rabbit Card
  • To redeem Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain, and top up trips to the Rabbit Card, the Member can click “Use Coupon” via the Rabbit Rewards Application, and QR Code will appear on the screen. The Member must present the QR Code to the staff at the ticket office on the BTS Skytrain Station in order to top up all trips into the Rabbit Card.
  • 1 QR Code = 1 coupon redemption right.
  • With respect to displaying QR Code to the staff, only QR Code appears on screen while using the application is acceptable. Screenshot of QR Code is not acceptable.
  • 1 Rabbit Card can be topped up only 2 coupons with the following conditions:
    • First coupon – can be topped up unconditionally.
    • Second coupon – can be topped up when at least 1 trip from the first coupon has been used (for instance, the first coupon has 35 trips, the Member must use at least 1 trip, then, therefore, the second coupon could be added).
    • Third coupon – can be topped up when all trips from the first coupon are used up.
  • Trips from the coupon that are topped up to the Rabbit Card will be available for usage on the next BTS Skytrain ride.

For the Member who tops up trips for the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account.
  • To redeem Coupon for trips on the BTS Skytrain, and top up trips to the Rabbit Card which is bound to the LINE Pay Account, the Member can click “Use Coupon” via the Rabbit Rewards Application. The trips will automatically appear in the My Pass menu in LINE Application, of which the Member has bound to the LINE Pay Account.
  • 1 Rabbit Card, which is bound to the LINE Pay Account, can be topped up only 2 coupons with the following conditions:
    • First coupon – can be topped up unconditionally.
    • Second coupon – can be topped up when at least 1 trip from the first coupon has been used (for instance, the first coupon has 35 trips, the Member must use at least 1 trip, then, therefore, the second coupon could be added).
    • Third coupon – can be topped up when all trips from the first coupon are used up.
  • Trips from the coupon that are topped up to the Rabbit Card, which is bound to the LINE Pay Account, will be available for usage on the next BTS Skytrain ride.

Xtreme savings package cancellation
  • In case the Member wishes to cancel the Package and request a refund after purchasing the Package. The Member must notify such wish within 7 days (from the date of purchase of the Package). When the Company’s approval process for the refund to the Member has been completed, the coupons received from purchasing the Package in the Rabbit Rewards Account will be deactivated immediately, and the Company will process the refund within 15 days (from the date the Member requests to cancel the Package) (the time period for the money to be refunded depending on the payment methods and conditions of related bank).
  • In case the Member has already used the coupons of the Package to top up the trips or purchase the products, the Member will not be able to request cancellations and refunds in any case.
