Cards remain the property of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Co., Ltd. |

Cards can only be used in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Company. |

5 year card life starts from date of first entry at an Automatic Gate. Cards may be refilled with trips
at anytime after the first trip has been used or validity expires, as specified by the Company
regulations. |

Cards can only be used by a student aged not over 23 years, studying at an academic institution in
Thailand, recognized by the Ministry of Education (details as per Conditions of use for
BTS STUDENT Passes). A valid Student ID and Citizen ID must be presented upon request by
a company officer. |
| 5. |
The Company reserves the right to confiscate this card without refund and charge 20 times the
maximum applicable fare as penalty for misuse. |

Cards are non-refundable |
| 8. |
Cards or refills, which have not yet commenced initial use, will remain valid for 45 days from date
of first issue or last refill. After which, all value will be deducted and cards will become invalid for
travel, unless refilled at a BTS Ticket Office. |

Valid for the maximum number of trips purchased, or use within 30 days from date of first use at
an Automatic Gate, whichever is earlier. |
| 10. |
Card fee and charges are not applicable for replacements, except where misused. |
