Limited (BTSC), with issued capital of 21,036 Million Baht and total registered capital |

of 10,058 Million Baht. |

BTSC operates one of the safest and most punctual mass transit systems in the |
| |
region, and plays a crucial role in helping to ease Bangkok's notorious traffic jams |

while providing an environmentally friendly transport alternative for Bangkok's |
| |
commuters. The BTS SkyTrain currently records over 450,000 passenger-trips |
| |
