To keep the trains and station areas safe and clean, and ensure maximum
convenience for all passengers, we kindly request your cooperation
in following these rules and safety tips:

Do not smoke or bring flammable or hazardous substances
into the BTS system. |
| 2. |
Do not litter, eat or drink on the platform or inside the
train. |
| 3. |
Do not put graffiti, make marks or otherwise damage any of
the BTS facilities. |
| 4. |
Watch your valuables and belongings. If you see any unlawful
incident, please report it immediately to the nearest security
guard or other BTS staff. |
| 5. |
If you require first aid, we have special facilities available.
Please ask our staff for assistance. |
| 6. |
Children under 90 cm in height do not have to buy a ticket. |
| 7. |
Passengers carrying heavy bags, pregnant women or others who
may need special assistance entering the flush gate, please
ask our staff for assistance. |
| 8. |
If you’re entering the ticket gate carrying any bags, please
lift your bags as you pass through the gate. |
| 9. |
Handicap passenger should ask our staff for using a lift at
Mo Chit station, Saim station, Asok station, On Nut station
and Chong Nonsi station. |
| 10. |
If you’re on the platform and hear the closing doors signal,
please wait behind the yellow line for the next train. Do not
rush into the train with the closing doors or use your hands
or other means to hold the door open. |
| 11. |
After entering the train, please move toward the middle. Do
not block the door area so that other passengers can enter and
exit the train quickly. |
| 12. |
Do not lean on the door and always hold on to the strap or
railing. |
| 13. |
Do not hold on to or touch the rubber section connecting the
train cars. |
| 14. |
Kindly give up your seat to pregnant women, children or the
elderly. |
