Escalators are available at every station for passenger convenience.

Elevators are designated for the elderly, the disabled, and those unable to use the stairs or escalators.
Elevators are available at the following stations: Chong Nonsi, Siam, Mo Chit, Asok, On Nut, Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang Na, Bearing, Samrong, Krung Thon Buri, Wongwian Yai, Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa Station.

Directional Signs and Maps
Directional Signs and Station Area Maps are ceiling-mounted throughout each Concourse, providing passengers with information about attractions and parks, offices and buildings, shops and department stores, and other important places around the station.

Tourist Information Centers
Tourist Information Centers is available for both Thai and international tourists at three locations, Saphan Taksin, Phaya Thai and Siam, accommodating Tourist Information Centers.

BTS has joined forces with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in setting up BMA Express Service centers at Mo Chit, Siam, Phrom Phong, Udom Suk and Wongwian Yai Stations to provide services regarding ID cards and other registration requirements for the public.
